Our Advisory Methodology
Every Wildfern engagement follows the same underlying process: preparation, facilitated session, written output. The depth and duration vary depending on which engagement you choose — but the quality of attention you receive does not.
Preparation
We review your organisation's background and prepare informed, relevant questions before any session begins.
Facilitation
Sessions are structured but conversational — we guide the discussion without directing it. Your team does the thinking; we help it become visible.
Written Output
A considered document is prepared after each session and delivered within five working days — not a template, but a genuine summary of what emerged.
Follow-up
We remain available for brief clarifying questions after delivery. Ongoing engagements include a regular rhythm of sessions and notes.
Mission Clarity Session
A facilitated session to articulate your organisation's purpose, who it serves and how its work creates value. We listen with respect and reflect a clear picture back to your team. The result is a written mission summary you can use directly in communications, planning documents, or conversations with funders and partners.

Programme Design Engagement
A collaborative engagement to shape a practical programme that fits your mission, capacity and community. We help you design activities and establish a simple, realistic way to track progress. This engagement is suited to organisations that have a clear mission but are working out how to operationalise it — or that want to refine an existing programme.

Process Overview
Social Enterprise Advisory
An ongoing advisory relationship supporting leaders on operations, planning and balancing mission with sustainability. We provide a steady outside perspective on non-regulated matters — from internal structures and team communication to planning processes and stakeholder relationships. Sessions are regular and written notes are provided after each one.
