Wildfern works with registered nonprofits, foundations, community organisations, and social enterprises based in Thailand. Each of our three engagements is scaled to the size and pace of the organisation, so smaller teams are just as welcome as established institutions.

We typically begin with a short preparation call to understand your situation. The session itself runs as a half-day facilitated conversation with key people from your organisation. Afterwards, we prepare a concise written mission summary — a document your team can use for planning, communications, or funding conversations.

This engagement usually involves two to three collaborative sessions over a few weeks, alongside written exchanges. We work with you to map programme activities, clarify who the work serves, and establish a simple approach to tracking progress. You receive a programme outline and a brief measurement note.

This is an ongoing relationship, typically involving a regular monthly session and availability for brief written exchanges in between. Each session focuses on whatever operational or planning matter is most pressing. Written notes from each session are provided for your records. The engagement is flexible and can be paused or adjusted as your organisation's needs change.

Our primary working language is English. If your team is more comfortable working partly in Thai, we can accommodate that within sessions. Written outputs are provided in English.

No. Wildfern provides general operational and strategic advisory on non-regulated matters. We do not offer legal counsel, financial advice, investment guidance, or any form of clinical or therapeutic service. For matters requiring licensed professionals, we encourage you to seek appropriate specialists.
